About the Role
Working closely with business stakeholders to establish requirements, prioritize the product backlog, collaborate with the product owner and development teams, and uphold the product's vision are all part of the job description for a product manager. You will also help with product roadmap development, collaborate closely with the UI/UX teams to optimize the user experience, and create the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). We want someone who can go into the specifics while still understanding the larger picture. Someone has the ability to immediately grasp what is feasible, plan, prioritize tasks, and guide teams to produce excellent features and products. Propio's product managers make data-driven decisions while developing new features and products that appeal to language service seekers. Our product managers are expected to support all facets of the company, develop excellent client experiences, and assist in exploring important growth prospects.
Requirements
Work together with internal teams to develop user journeys, enhancements, and new product features.
Collaborate closely with sales and client success to identify business issues for customers, create solutions, and convey delivery schedules.
Collaborate with upper management and help develop our product's strategy and vision.
Create product specifications and work with the development team and UX designers to solve business issues.
Convert business needs into useful user stories that the development team can use.
Collaborate with the product owner and an agile team to prioritize the product backlog's execution.
Develop productive connections and trust with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
Encourage interaction with new features and improvements in an efficient manner.
Monitor feature success and keep in touch with key stakeholders for feedback.
Create and administer internal key stakeholders' product training for new product releases.
Create resources such as white papers, help documentation, blog articles, and customer presentations in close collaboration with other teams or team members.
Work together with external clients and internal partners (sales, client success, implementation, development, and marketing) to identify problems and needs for creative solutions that can speed up customer agreement.
