About the Role
Customer Care Linguistics is seeking contractors—individuals at all levels who have proven experience using their multilingual abilities in a work environment. We will provide you with the training you need to begin your career as an over-the-phone interpreter.
Fluency in your language and English is required, and candidates should strive to be excellent advocates for our end users, applying their newly acquired skills. to provide excellent consecutive interpretations. We therefore seek someone who is enthusiastic about using their language skills to assist others, whether it be helping a patient speak with their physician or helping a family obtain a bank loan.
Requirements
Dependable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
Power inverter or continuous power supply for a dependable internet provider
A distraction-free, peaceful home office or workspace.
Submitting a current, English-language resume at the time of application.
English language proficiency completion with a "technical proficiency" rating C2
Completing a mock oral interpretation session successfully.
Finish our online test and receive a passing grade.
A full background check and security screen.
A signed pledge to uphold ethics, maintain confidentiality, and comply with HIPAA.
